As educators in Statistics/Data Science field, it is imperative that we adopt and prepare our students in using AI in their careers. AI can be a helpful tool, if students understand its use and its limitations and use it responsibly. At the Institute for Advanced Analytics (IAA), we follow four pillars in the area of AI in education: Learn AI, Learn with AI, Build AI, and Build with AI. In this talk, I will discuss how we’ve adopted these core fundamentals into our curriculum and some of the findings we’ve discovered along the way.
