Registration Information

Conference Participants: Please note that the registration fee includes:

• Access to all scientific sessions of the conference;
• Lunches and coffee breaks during the conference;
• Welcome reception on July 8;
• Cultural event on July 9;
• Conference materials;
• Complimentary Wi-Fi at the conference venue;
• Access to the official conference mobile app

Accompanying Persons

• Admission to the Welcome Reception on July 8
• Participation in the Cultural Event on July 9

Conference participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodations (see "ABOUT KRAKÓW" for suggestions).

Refund and Cancellation Policies

• Full refund of registration fee through February 27, 2026
• Partial (50%) refund of registration fee from March 1 - May 1, 2026
• All cancellation requests must be received in writing by emailing icasx2026@gmail.com
• Substitutions must be received in writing by emailing icasx2026@gmail.com
